Logging In
- Navigate to empowerflex.com in your internet browser
- Click on LOG IN in the top right of the screen
- A popup will be displayed. Click on the EMPLOYER LOGIN link
- This popup will not show in Internet Explorer. Use Chrome or Edge.
- Enter your credentials and click Log In
Resetting a Password
If you have a login and and need to reset your password, please:
- Navigate to empowerflex.com in your internet browser
- Click on LOG IN in the top right of the screen
- A popup will be displayed. Click on the EMPLOYER LOGIN link
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter your username
- Click Send Password Reset Link
- Check your email inbox for instructions to reset your password
Forgotten User Name
In most cases, your user name will be your work email address. If you still need assistance, please:
- Send an email requesting your user name to customerservice@empowerflex.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Your Company
- An EMPOWER representative will provide you with your user name via email
Creating/Deleting a Login
EMPOWER provides unlimited Employer Portal logins to its customers. It is recommended to have a login for each employee. If you would like to request to create a new login or inactivate an existing login, please:
- Send an email to customerservice@empowerflex.com with the following information:
- Type of Request (create new login or inactivate existing)
- For new login requests:
- Full Name
- Business email address (this will be your login)
- Read/write or read-only access
- For inactivation requests:
- User name
- Reason for inactivation
- For new login requests:
- Type of Request (create new login or inactivate existing)
