How to Add EMPOWERConnect

Thank you for your Interest in EMPOWERConnect Integration

EMPOWERConnect is a an optional integration service between your HRIS or Payroll system and EMPOWER.

EMPOWERConnect uses the nearly industry-standard CDEX file Format. This means that EMPOWER can integrate with nearly all vendors. For a list of vendors who we currently have integrations with, visit this page: https://empowerflex.com/empowerconnect/

Initial Steps
Administrative Services Agreement Your Onboarding Manager will email you a link to digitally sign the Administrative Services Agreement. The is the contract between the Employer and EMPOWER. Your Onboarding Manager will send you an email to digitally sign the agreement. This email will come from PandaDoc, the digital signature service that EMPOWER uses. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions.
Integration Guide Your Integration manager will send you the integration form via email. Send the Integration Guide to your HRIS or Payroll vendor. This guide will have the file specifications and logins.  Please have your HRIS or Payroll vendor reach out to your onboarding manager to start the integration testing process.
Testing Phase
Testing Your HRIS/Payroll Vendor will work with EMPOWER on testing. This process may take 4 to 8 weeks.
Deployment
Go-live EMPOWER will contact your HR/Payroll vendor and you to let you know when we are ready for deployment. It is important that no changes be made in the EMPOWER system after this date. All changes should be made in your HR/Payroll system.
