Creating a New Login
Consumers who already exist in the EMPOWER Portal but have not yet logged in may register for a new login.
- Navigate to empowerflex.com in your internet browser
- Click on LOG IN in the top right of the screen
- A popup will be displayed. Click on the EMPLOYEE LOGIN link
- This popup will not show in Internet Explorer. Use Chrome or Edge.
- Click on Get Started button
- Follow the on-screen prompts to create your new login.
- You will need to provide:
- Full name
- Social security number
- Zip code
- Create answers to security questions
- Update optional personal information
- You will need to provide:
- Create user name and password
Logging Into Existing Account
Consumers can log into their Consumer Portal via a desktop browser or mobile app. Both portals use the same user name and password.
- Navigate to empowerflex.com in your internet browser
- Click on LOG IN in the top right of the screen
- A popup will be displayed. Click on the EMPLOYEE LOGIN link
- This popup will not show in Internet Explorer. Use Chrome or Edge.
- Enter your UserName and click Next
- Enter your Password and click Login
Resetting a Password
Consumers may reset their passwords on the portal. Please Note: The consumer must set up an account using the Creating a New Login first before the password can be reset.
- Navigate to empowerflex.com in your internet browser
- Click on LOG IN in the top right of the screen
- A popup will be displayed. Click on the EMPLOYEE LOGIN link
- This popup will not show in Internet Explorer. Use Chrome or Edge.
- Enter your UserName and click Next
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your UserName and Email Address
- Click Next
- Follow the steps in the email to reset the password
