Consumers can access the Consumer Portal via the web or via mobile app available on Apple iOS and Google Android Devices.

Google Android Users

1. Navigate to Google Play using your Google Android mobile device
2. Go to the EMPOWER Flex Mobile App download page by using the search function or going directly to: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lighthouse1.mobilebenefits.epr
3. Click Install
4. Open the EMPOWER Flex Mobile App after downloading

Apple iOS Users

1. Navigate to the Apple App Store using your Apple iOS mobile device
2. Go to the EMPOWER Flex Mobile App download page by using the search function or going directly to: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/empower-flex-mobile-app/id1555136991
3. Click Get
4. Open the EMPOWER Flex Mobile App after downloading

Logging into Existing Account

If you have already created a user name and password via the mobile app or the Consumer Portal, you may log directly into the mobile app.

1. Enter your Username and Password
2. Click the LOGIN button

Creating a New Login

1. Click the New User? Set up your account button on the screen
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to create your account
